The Śūraṅgama Sūtra, Fascicle Ten: The Delusion of Interpenetration

Original text:由汝念虑。使汝色身。身非念伦。汝身何因。随念所使。种种取像。心生形取。与念相应。寤即想心。寐为诸梦。则汝想念。摇动妄情，名为融通。第三妄想。

Explanation: Because of your deliberations, you are able to drive your material body. The body is not of the same kind as your mental thoughts, yet why is your body driven along by your thoughts? The mind takes various images of sense objects, and the shapes of those images appear in the mind, corresponding with what the mind thinks. When awake, it is the thoughts in the mind; when asleep, it becomes various dreams. Thus your thoughts stir up your own deluded emotions; this is called the third delusion, the delusion of pervading communication. This means that the aggregate of perception is the delusion of pervading communication.
