Beings in the Form Realm Heaven Have No Distinction Between Male and Female Forms

From the formless to the formed, all marks are false and illusory. If karmic seeds are eliminated, the marks are transformed. When we cultivate meditative concentration (dhyāna) and attain the concentrations of the first dhyāna, second dhyāna, third dhyāna, and fourth dhyāna, then when we are reborn in the Form Realm Heaven at the end of this life, that form-body will have no distinction between male form and female form—at that time there will be no male or female forms. The fact that male and female forms can be transformed and changed shows that they are unreal, illusory, and false. Whatever can change is false; what is real never changes.
